Web Mapping Basics
This introductory course to web mapping provides an essential overview of web basics and web mapping concepts, as well as of tools and libraries that are used in the field of web mapping, such as Leaflet, OpenLayers, GeoServer, and many more. The main part of the course focuses on online web mapping solutions that allow the creation of interactive web maps without extensive programming knowledge. The course also covers how to use available QGIS plugins to create web maps.
